Responsibilities Overview

The position is responsible for covering the retail store manager's position 1 to 2 weekends per month.  The rest of the time, this position assists in inputting and invoicing wholesale customer orders. Superior organization skills and customer service skills required. Sales experience preferred.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Weekend Retail Store Manager

• Manage customer service and employees while on duty
• Maintain superior customer service
• Be knowledgeable of store products
• Keep store clean, organized, and stocked.

 

Back Up Office Assistant

• Answer phone
• Input wholesale orders
• Invoice wholesale customers
• Customer service rep

Reports to: Logistics Manager 

Part-Time

Responsibilities Overview

The position is responsible for ensuring delivery trucks are loaded accurately prior to the next delivery day as well as assisting pick up customers daily. Monday-Friday. 

Highly Physical

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Pull and organize pick up customer orders 
• Pull products and load trucks
• Conduct daily inventory
• Able to handle refrigerated and freezer temperatures

Full Time

Responsibilities Overview

The position is responsible for picking up raw milk from various suppliers as well as assisting in relief driving for delivery routes. Class A License and tanker endorsement  required. Expected weekly hours: 35 to 45.

 

Class A License and ability to operate manual transmission required.

 

Responsibilities:

• Remain professional with customers, suppliers, and employees.
• Be able to operate a manual transmission is required.
• Perform various tasks by management as needed.

 

Relief Delivery Route Driver

Requires significant manual labor.

• Fill in for delivery route drivers as needed.
• Maintain superior customer service
• Be knowledgeable of refer units and report any error codes.
• Upon route drivers return, remove empty crates and unused milk from trucks on loading days, returning unused milk to the appropriate places.

Milk Tank Hauler

• Pick up raw milk from supplier farms Mon, Tue, Thur, and Sat
• Follow All SOPs for tanker washing at return of each raw pick up.
• Pick up milk jug trailers as needed
• Maintain appropriate milk sampling and hauling certifications.
